How do I know when Picture Day is approaching?

Your school will alert each student and family about a week or two before Picture Day. Many schools also announce Picture Day in their newsletter, calendar, during morning announcements, or in email reminders.

How do I order my pictures?

On Picture Day, our photographers will photograph all students – no order forms or payments are needed!

Approximately 3-4 weeks after Picture Day, you will receive information on how to view and order your pictures on our website.

Online orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is on its way.

What if I don’t like the portraits or my order is not what I expected?

Our pictures are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not delighted, we will re-photograph your child on your school’s retake day.

If the prints you received are not as expected, please let us know. We will be happy to work with you to get it right, or you are welcome to return the pictures to us for a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I order for multiple students?

  1. Enter one of your Online Codes at Pictureday.com and start building your shopping cart.
  2. Once you have everything all set, simply click the Change Gallery button located at the top-center of the page and enter your next Online Code.
  3. Continue building your cart and proceed to the checkout.
  4. These steps can be repeated as many times as necessary.

Is there a discount for multiple students?
